What to Expect:

Your experience with Osborne DJ Entertainment begins with a face-to-face consultation. At this initial meeting, David will ask important questions and listen to your dreams and visions. After he has a clear understanding of your hopes and expectations, He will share with you in detail creative solutions and options that best fit you. From there, David will share with you the online planning process as well as all of the resources that will be available to you. He will listen to any further questions you may have and will offer his experience and expertise. Your satisfaction is his first priority.

From the time of your initial meeting through your wedding date, David is available to meet with you at your venue (highly recommended). He is also available to speak with you via email or phone call. David always responds to your communication within 24 hours. Two weeks prior to your date, David will contact you to verify correct pronunciation of names to be announced, as well as confirm details on your planning forms. This is also the time that he will double check any music selections that need to be edited (see below).

On your wedding day, David will arrive to your venure no later than two hours prior to guest arrival time. This is to ensure that everything is setup and tested before anyone walks through the door. All of your vendors (caterers, photographer, etc.) will be provided with a schedule/timeline so that your reception flows seamlessly. As your guests arrive, the extensive preparation has allowed for a stress-free atmosphere. Throughout the rest of your reception, be it your custom introductions, dancing, bouquet/garter tosses, or other memorable event, your unique vision will play out in front of your eyes. David's true professionalism, taste, and attention to detail will create amazing, lasting memories.
